Maria Shriver Files for Divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Maria Shriver stood by Arnold Schwarzenegger when he ran for California's governorship in 2003, even after several women accused him of lecherous behavior.Six weeks after Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he had fathered a child out of wedlock, his wife Maria Shriver filed divorce papers Friday to end their marriage of 25 years.The former television journalist and Kennedy family heir cited irreconcilable differences but offered no additional details about the breakup.She also did not list a date when the couple separated, although they announced they had done so on May 9.

A week later, the former action film star and former governor admitted he fathered a child with a member of his household staff years ago.

Shriver's filing does not indicate the couple has a prenuptial agreement, which likely means Schwarzenegger's earnings from his career as a Hollywood megastar will be evenly divided with his estranged wife.

UFO videos can often be easily written off, the emergence of two separate recordings of the same event could give you pause.Even more incredible is just how similar they seem. Both videos show a group of three white discs floating over the city, namely over the BBC building and Tower Bridge. Instead they were caught on camera by a passer-by, and at least one other person who can be seen filming or taking pictures on his camera phone while the video is filmed.

In the video, the cameraman runs towards the corner of Bolsover Street and Clipstone Street where two other men are already standing, gazing skywards, one of whom is using a mobile phone camera.As the camera is pointed upwards, over the BBC's Yalding House, three white dots flash across the sky at great speed in a triangle formation, they are very quickly followed by two similar sized white dots.

As the camera pans down again, two people on the opposite side of the road can also been seen watching events unfold above them.

Then one larger, bright and more slow moving disc-shaped white object appears, circles around briefly and zips off.

Deputy Shown Kicking & Slamming Teen Girl : Police Brutality Caught On Tape!

A Washington sheriff's deputy kicks a 15-year-old girl, slams her to the floor of a jail cell, strikes her and pulls her hair in violence captured on videotape.



The incident last November began after the girl was brought in for an auto theft investigation, according to court documents. The footage shows the attack beginning after the girl enters the cell at suburban SeaTac City Hall and kicks off one of her shoes toward the deputy.

Night 2: Down the Mountain

So last night I was back at the Bloor Cinema with my butt parked in one of their oh so comfy seats.  It was Day 2 of the showing of the Banff Mountain Film Festival.  It was a good mix of movies.  It was kind of more serious especially after the feature movie Tibet: Murder in the Snow, which can't be blamed for false advertising.  Anyway after the intermission and another night of being shut out of the raffle prizes a movie about fly fishing started.  When it was done it was too bad.  It was awesome!  Everyone in the theatre was laughing.  Great Movie!!!  Did I mention it was about fly fishing?  Here's the trailer

5-second clip - filmed in Rutherford County on Tuesday - shows little more than a blurry silhouette running across a road, and a sound that Byers alleges to be the creature's "snarl."A North Carolina man, Thomas Byers, claims to have captured the legendary Bigfoot on video.

Byers’ website — where he initially posted the clip and his accompanying tale of the encounter — has him confessing every detail of the Bigfoot (“Knobby,” as he calls it), from its six to seven foot height to it’s stench reeking “like a cross between road kill and a skunk.”

But alas, the Internet loves mysterious creatures (see last month’s “Loch Ness” photo), and with word of the new supposed Bigfoot video spreading around, the term began trending on Yahoo and Google, with everyone from Fox News, MSNBC, and the LA Times picking up the story.

Big-Foot Knobby or one similar to it cross the road in front of the truck we were in and run into the woods. It came from out of the field from the direction of the creek and we later took photos of feet prints in a freshly plowed field.

I jumped from the truck and took this video of it as it crossed the road in front of us. At one point in the video it made a snarling growling sound and looked back at me.



I also shot the other video posted with this one while I and my friend Carolyn Wright were trying to see where it went to. I heard it breaking branches as it ran out of my sight into very thick brush.
