President Barack Obama, most notable for claiming Congress is made up of a bunch of useless slackers compared to the First Daughters, received mostly lukewarm reactions, to which, it appears, Jon Stewart was not immune.But while he explained tonight that he was not thrilled with Obama,he appeared far more upset by the Republican reaction to debt negotiations– which prove, According to Stewart, that “Meatloaf’s premise is faulty.”Specifically, Stewart mocked House Speaker John Boehner saying he will not accept any tax raises eliminating one of the only two ways to cut the deficit while at the same time he's willing to negotiate with Democrats.The Democrats' "counter offer" didn't please Stewart either. He demonstrated this by showing a clip of Sen. Harry Reid suggesting that the GOP are living in a fantasy dream world if they don't agree with the Democrats. Another Dem suggested the GOP could be trying to slow down the government for political gain. Stewart was ready with a jab at the Senate Majority Leader.
