TIKI BARBER – KERMIT THE FROG OR BRETT FAVRE! FULL VIDEO

Former NFL player Tiki Barber has filed papers today to come out of retirement. Barber, at 35 years old, has already had a 10-year career with the New York Giants.



Brett Favre and Michael Jordan both came out of retirement with less than stellar results, so I was surprised to hear that Tiki was going to give it a try. Strangely, in all of history there is only one person that has come out of retirement and been successful. That person is a frog – Kermit the Frog.

Tiki Barber announced today, March 8, 2011, that he had filed the paperwork with the NFL that would permit him to come out of retirement so he can play football again. This announcement leaves an unanswered question: “Why?”Over 110,000 bloggers are trying to answer that question.

No, I don't think the Steelers should even consider it. Just thought I'd share the tidbit. Tiki sure did his best to seem above the game and his peers when heading out the door towards retirement. Should be interesting to see what kind of reception he gets from teams, fans and the media as he tries to make a comeback.
