Lindsay Lohan arrives at the Los Angeles County Superior Court House on Thursday (March 10).
The 24-year-old actress and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, requested a continuance in court. Because Lindsay did not accept a plea bargain in today’s session, the case will be sent to a trial judge for a preliminary hearing.
Linds is in court because of a felony grand theft charge over a necklace she allegedly stole from a Venice jewelry store. She’ll return to court on April 22 if she doesn’t accept the plea that the judge offers.
