Pop superstar Lady Gaga has been sued over sales of her wristbands for Japan’s earthquake relief efforts in a class action that claims that not all the proceeds went to victims as she had promised.Michigan legal network 1800LAWFIRM also alleges that Gaga and other companies involved in the sale and marketing of the $5 white and red “We Pray for Japan” wristbands overcharged buyers on shipping costs and “artificially inflated reports of total donations”.

1-800-LAW-FIRM has brought a class action suit against Gaga, Universal Music Group and several other co-defendants alleging that not all of the proceeds from the wristbands have gone “directly to Japan relief efforts,” like the singer and the companies have claimed.“The entire $5 donation made with the purchase of each bracelet is going to support the disaster relief,” the statement continues. “No profit is being made on shipping costs. Sales tax charges were made in accordance with local legal requirements. Lady Gaga has personally pledged her own funds to this cause and continues to support the victims of the disaster.”

Wearing a turquoise outfit made of hair,Gaga belted her ballad and played a piano covered in hair. During the song, she ran her hand over her bald scalp before stopping half-way through the song to grab an aqua-colored wig from a stand on her piano.

The singer pushed the limits once again in lingerie on top of a rock, wearing some kind of strange headwear and getting dirty with a male dancer.Lady Gaga's provocative act might have been completely appropriate for the MTV Video Music Awards, but I'm not sure if it was a good fit for "American Idol."

The singer started her song with a long cape and a giant headpiece, then stripped down to some sort of superhero lingerie (Wonder Woman? Xena the Warrior Princess?) before a shirtless male dancer met up with her on top of the makeshift cliff, embraced in some passionate moves, then jumped off the cliff together.

Lady Gaga has rushed to release the video for her new single "Judas" online after it leaked on Thursday morning, hours ahead of its big TV premiere.The promo was due to air for the first time on Thursday evening on America's E! network, but the full clip surfaced on the internet that morning,sending fans and gossip bloggers into a frenzy.

Links to the video were promptly removed after it emerged the release was unauthorized, but now Gaga has uploaded the complete five-and-a-half minute promo to her official website.



The film features a gang of bikers made up of Biblical apostles, alongside actors dressed as Mary Magdalene and Jesus Christ, who dons a crown of thorns.Gaga insists the religious imagery is just art.Gaga, as Mary Magdalene, protects Jesus from Judas by holding a gun to his face - but instead of a bullet, a stick of lipstick comes out and she uses it to paint his lips.

Later, Gaga shares a steamy bathtub with Jesus and Judas on either side of her.The song has caused uproar from religious groups for its blasphemous lyrics.And the video certainly won't help.
