Justin Bieber was caught staring!The pop singer was busted staring at his girlfriend Selena Gomez's cleavage during the Much Music Awards that were held in Toronto, Canada. Selena is his girlfriend and they've been caught doing much more but it's pretty funny that Bieber tried to sneak a peak while on stage. Justin picked up the awards for Favorite Artist and Best International Canadian Video at the annual awards show.
