There is nothing like some photos of hot Canadian women in skating outfits performing acrobatic moves to kick off a week.

In order the photos are of ice skating champ Tessa Virtue and some guy lifting her up, pairs champ Jessica Dubé with her partner, women's bronze medalist and one of my faves Amélie Lacoste, silver medalist Cynthia Phaneuf, and women's gold medalist Joannie Rochette.

7th Inning Stretch: Kristy Swanson

At the end of each week, we take a bit of a stretch - to look at a hottie that might not have a direct link to sports, but ... as she is smokin' we feel the need to post a photo of her!

This week it is Kristy Swanson. So, how do we make the stretch. Well, she played the tennis player falling for the quarterback in The Program. As well, she was the cheerleader in the movie version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Swanson also won the 2006 Fox show Skating With Celebrities.

That is where she reportedly fell in love with partner Lloyd Eisler, who was married to a pregnant woman at the time. Swanson later was accused of assaulting Eisler's wife, but charges were dropped. Swanson and her partner have a child together and are getting married next month.

So, why do we care? We have loved this gorgeous blonde's hot body for a long time. As AskMen.com states, her in-car sex scene with Charlie Sheen in the crappy The Chase was a fantasy for many of us.

Dementieva has a leg up on the competition

With her long legs and beautiful face, Russian tennis star Elena Dementieva always look good. Right now her tennis game is looking almost as good as she does. The No. 4-ranked player in the world claimed the Sydney Open title Friday. This comes on the heels of her win at Auckland last week.
She is riding a 10-match win streak into next week's Australian Open.

Coach's wife: Lawsuit ruined our sexlife, I'm suing

Would a lawsuit keep you out of bed with this cutie? Me? Now way.

However, it apparently has for University of Mississippi head men's basketball coach Andy Kennedy. He has been in legal trouble since allegedly punching a cabbie and shouting racial slurs at him. Kennedy adamantly denies the charges and is suing the cabbie and another man for defamation.

But the stress of the situation has apparently left Kennedy a little limp. According to Deadspin.com, His wife, Kimber Kennedy, has filed a "lack of consortium" suit against the two men her husband is suing. She says the stress from the lawsuits has stopped the couple from having a normal sex life. Normal sex life? No whips and chains then?

Cheerleader of the Week: Cardinals gal Dana B.

I am on the Cardinals' bandwagon. I remember when Kurt Warner came out of nowhere to star for the Rams and win a Super Bowl. Now he is usurped pretty boy Matt Leinart and is leading one of the NFL"s historically worst franchises toward the championship.

And who is cheering him on? The exotic Dana B. Originally from California, this unqiue cutie is a bartender who has studied business management.

Brady to walk aisle

So, you think Tom Brady has had a rough football season, right? Hurt in the first game of the season and out for the rest. Rumors are flying that he might not be back for the fall of 2009. His Pats won't be in the Super Bowl.

Yeah, it's been a little rough, but ... he is with Gisele Bundchen. Gisele Bundchen! Now he is said to engaged to the Brazilian bombshell. Yeah, Brady you got it bad ... yeah right!
